W trakcie ostatniego pobytu nad morzem przekonałem się, że w temacie jedzenia nie warto być tradycjonalistą. Wychowałem się w typowym polskim domu, gdzie jedzenie było równie krajowe. Żadnych ciekawostek ze świata tylko schabowy, bigos, rosół i takie tam. Z deserami było podobnie. Budyń i kisiel to podstawa. Tak myślałem. Ale morze, wakacyjny luz spowodował, że chciałem spróbować czegoś nowego. Stanąłem przy jednej z budek. Spojrzałem na menu. Było bogate. Gofry już znałem. W końcu trudno byłoby ich nie znać skoro pamiętam je jeszcze z dzieciństwa. Desery lodowe też nie były mi obce. Ale było też coś, czego nie znalem. W kategorii deseru zobaczyłem tajemnicze słowo stroopwafle. Co to jest? Co by to nie było kupiłem na próbę? I to był strzał w dziesiątkę. Były tak pyszne, że przez dalsza część pobytu nad morzem jadłem je codziennie. Przywiozłem też trochę do domu. Na wypadek jakby w moim mieście tego nie znali. Ale mam wielka nadzieję, że tak nie będzie. Nie wytrzymam bez tych pyszności do następnego sezonu.

Jednym z najpiękniejszych miast Polski jest właśnie Kraków. To w Krakowie możemy zwiedzić jedne z najstarszych i najwspanialszych zabytków Polski. Bo to właśnie tutaj przez wieki była siedziba królów Polski. Mamy możliwość zobaczenia wspaniałych Sukiennic mieszczących się w centrum Rynku Głównego – jednego z największych na świecie. Przy rynku znajduje się wspaniały Kościół Mariacki, trochę dalej można można usiąść w ogródku wokół Małego Rynku i napić się w spokoju kawy, herbaty bądź piwa. Można też się przejść Plantami – pasem zieleni otaczającym Rynek i kamienice. Warto też odwiedzić Wawel, siedzibę władców Polski. Nocny klimat Krakowa jest niepowtarzalny. Znajduje się tutaj kilkadziesiąt klubów wokół Rynku. Imprezy trwają do białego rana. Dojazd do Krakowa jest bardzo dobry. Lotnisko znajduje się kilkanaście kilometrów od centrum, kursuje mnóstwo pociągów, również na liniach zagranicznych. Kraków to miastu które gdy raz odwiedzisz, będziesz do niego wracał co roku. Miasto zostało wpisane na listę UNESCO już w 1978 gdy znajdowało się na niej tylko 12 miejsc.
